About the Reference Division
Mission:
The mission of the Michigan Library Association's Reference Division is to provide for the professional growth of the membership via workshops and conference programs, to promote cooperation with other MLA units, and to promote the publication of materials of interest to reference librarians.
What Do We Do?
* Provide information on and promote the improvement of reference services among all types of libraries within the state of Michigan.
* Provide for the professional growth of the Division membership by offering workshops and annual conference programs.
* Promote cooperation with other MLA units through cooperative program planning.
* Promote the publication of materials of interest to reference librarians.
Who Should Become a Member?
* Any person who is a member of the Michigan Library Association.
