- Charge
To review structural concerns brought
to COO by MLA units or referred to COO by the Executive Board and make
recommendations for change.

To provide ballot language for all proposed revisions of the MLA Constitution or Bylaws that require membership vote.
To
monitor Executive Board actions for policy and/or procedure changes and
assure revisions are incorporated into the MLA Manual.
